Partnership for Road Safety Special Award for the Road Show programme

The 15th Road Safety Partner Gala took place in Warsaw in November 2025. The competition jury granted one of its two Special Awards to the Road Safety Initiatives Centre foundation (CIBRD) for the Road Show programme, run in Poland since 2013.

The jury recognised the emotional, multimedia format in which young people hear testimonies from police officers, firefighters, paramedics and people injured in road accidents. More than 50,000 young people had taken part by then.

The foundation’s president, Katarzyna Dobrzańska-Junco, said the award belongs to everyone who helps run the programme on a voluntary basis. She also received the honorary badge “Distinguished for Transport of the Republic of Poland”.
